classification, Open & Limited. Manny is a Chief Range officer and alumni of Universal Shooting
Academy. He learned and adopted the techniques as taught by Frank Garcia. His personal
accomplishments reflect the quality of the courses he teaches at Universal Shooting
Academy.

Ted Puente is a 14 year Law
Enforcement veteran with the Milwakee Police Department where he
currently is the Senior Primary Firearms Instructor. He has worked in
all facets of Law Enforcement including Patrol, Special Operations
Bureau and SWAT team instructor. He has been involved in numerous REAL
WORLD situations looking for armed suspects including forced entry and
room clearing. Ted is a Grand Master Pro-Shooter and the "Back to Back" 2006
and 2007 United
States National Tactical 3-Gun ( Pistol , Rifle and Shotgun ) Champion.
Ted is a certified instructor in Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, Simunitions,
Police Shoot House Tactics, Urban Rifle Training Tactics and Advanced
Long Range Rifle tactics.
