PREFERRED SHOOTING SCHEDULE: There will be three (3) groups of shooters. Each group will shoot all stages over the 3-day tournament. The first group of shooters will shoot all stages Friday. The second group of shooters will begin shooting on Saturday morning and complete shooting on Sunday afternoon. The third group of shooters will begin shooting on Saturday afternoon and complete shooting on Sunday morning. Please indicate below which group you would like to compete in. FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVE!! (Check off only one group)

SHIRT ORDER: Florida Open 2009 golf shirts (logo front and back) must be prepaid with your registration.
No orders will be taken after January 20, 2009. This is the only time you can order golf shirts.
